John Osa

Founder/CEO

The Founder and CEO of OCG, John Osa, brings more than two decades of experience working as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. With top secret security clearance from the United States government, John has overseen a variety of national and international criminal cases ranging from bank fraud, drug smuggling, organized crime, mo​ney laundering, bribery, espionage, public corruption amongst others.

John, who is considered an expert in forensic accounting and asset tracing, has also utilized his expertise in corporate, governmental and healthcare investigations where he’s been a key witness, testifying in more than 100 federal trials. John has maintained these long-standing ties with federal and local law enforcement representatives to bring a unique resource to the clients he serves.

In addition to his duties as CEO of OCG, John currently serves as a Senior Consultant for the Freeh Group which is spearheaded by former FBI Director Louis J. Freeh. He has counseled notable and prestigious clients such as Parker-Migliorini International Foods, DFASS Group, Turnberry Associates, Andrews International, Inverinmobili, and Moodie International Limited, just to name a few.

Waldo Longa

Managing Director

Mr. Longa served over 29 years as a Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI’s Miami, Puerto Rico and West Palm Beach Field Offices. A 7 time recipient of the Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer of the Year, Mr. Longa specialized in conducting and prosecuting investigations relating to fraud and embezzlement, and has been called on to testify in several high profile trials as an expert witness on White Collar Crime.

Mr. Longa brings his expert knowledge of fraud investigations, conducting witness interviews, and trial experience to the OCG team.

Richard Stout

Director of Countermeasures

Serving as a Special Agent of the FBI for 22 years, Mr. Stout specialized in technical matters and served as the Program Manager for the Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures Program in the Miami Field Office of the FBI. His expertise also includes utilizing sophisticated equipment to detect the presence of surveillance devices or hazards and identifying technical security weaknesses within organizations.

Mr. Stout oversees OCG’s Technical Operations Department as well as Organizational Crisis and Response Team.

Jim Cianella

Director of Special Investigations

Jim brings 28 years of law enforcement experience to the OCG team, most of them with the Chicago Police Department, where he rose to the level of Police Lieutenant. Jim has 10 years of supervisory expertise within the Chicago Police Department and has amassed a vast knowledge of investigations, which covers our many critical needs. Jim is a United States Army veteran and has served the City of Chicago proudly and distinctively throughout his tenure there. Jim’s proficiency includes conducting investigations of a critical nature, many of which involve sensitive internal investigations as well as criminal. Jim has overseen many large-scale events in the course of his distinguished career, and has worked hand in hand with federal partners bringing many prosecutions to a successful conclusion. Jim has also worked with Chicago community members to collaborate on the needs and concerns facing their families by providing safety and security ideas in minimizing their risks. His constant attention to detail assessing intricate operations is well known.

Jim is dedicated to the service of our clients and driven to obtain successful outcomes for any project he undertakes.


Carlie Palmer

Director of International Relations

Carlie Sena Palmer brings twenty years of federal law enforcement experience as a translator/interpreter in the Spanish language to the OSA Consulting Group. She played an integral part in assisting investigations, both national and abroad, and proved to be of great value when assembling a strong and effective team. She has experience in simultaneous interpretation within small venues, as well as large conferences and understands the need for discretion when handling sensitive information,. Her commitment to accuracy as well as a professional work product make her a strong part of the risk management team.
